Click and Buy is horrible. First I hear that it charges fees if you don't use it regularly, and the set up process is flat out laughable. You have to get charged an extra $2-4 just to verify your account, and you have to wait THREE BUSINESS DAYS and call your bank or WAIT EVEN LONGER until you get a bank statement??
Crysta was a good idea except...YOU STILL NEED CLICK AND BUY TO USE IT!! Wtf, whats the point in a 'alternate' payment method when its really the SAME payment method!???
UltimatePay... I don't even know what the hell this is, I don't trust it, and it has surcharges!
Just let me pay straight from my credit card like I could with FFXI, and with every other online purchase ever. Maybe even paypal.

If you click on the Ultimate pay you can use your CC or pay pal to buy the crysta. I think UPay just made the Ui to take your money to give to SE. I used the PayPal option. I have trusted them for years. They have a good rap.

I did have to get a customer rep to get the info (the automated reporting doesn't update very quickly), but got one right off the bat and got the information. Also, you get the $2-$4 back after you verify. Still agree that the whole thing is ridiculous; nobody else makes you jump through these kinds of hoops. You should be able to just give SE a credit card and have it charged.Quote:
