Ruin IV not a valid action

Ruin IV cant be mapped to a the hotbar or used in macros. it prevents binding Ruin IV and Ruin III to the same key so that you don't constantly have to switch between Ruin III and Ruin II adjusting for procs

You can't put any abilities that morph from others on the hotbar. You can slot Slugshot, but not Heated Slugshot for example. Not a bug.
