[dev1206] Useing incapacitation WSs.

Was bored and read some patch notes and came to;
[dev1206] In accordance with class action reforms, the arsenal of actions that inflict incapacitation has been changed

Haven't looked at other but seeing Concussive Blow used to take out the head, but combo it needs to be used at side. I feel that if a WS will be used for incapacitation shoudl be able to be used in combo as well. Not sure if Concussive Blow is only WS that this happens to but if incapacitation becomes needed down the line I feel that WS should beable to be used in combos.
