PLD LF a HC/Midcore static | And an FC with an enjoyable atmosphere.(bonus)

Hi, recently started playing FFXIV [1 month and a bit ago] have found the game to be really fun and I'm enjoying it for the most part, except for raiding as the people/groups I run with are of below average standards.
I'm primarily looking for a static either MC/HC and if an FC that is friendly and social is on the block i'll take it for the downtime in-between raids.

I'll be server transferring if I think I'll fit in with the other people.

Availability: Everyday except Saturday (Australia)
Times available: Anytime, can be discussed as I'm a uni student so I'm very flexible.
Raid experience: TERA/WoW raided semi-hardcore in both.
Class: Currently playing paladin.
