I'd add to that, that it would be really lame too because SAM is actually all about "beauty" (The moon, cherry blossoms and snow all refer to japanese beauty standard... as well as SILENCE) so NO.

No.

The two weaponskills involving cherry blossoms (Kasha and Oka) don't even last long enough to say that whole sentence. And Midare Setsugeka (where it could've worked) effect is basicaly ice. Not only that, but on the long term it would be annoying to hear your toon say that.

Though I understand that you seem to love "Bleach", I don't want to be rude but we already have a lot of weeaboos who called their toons "Ichigo, Madara, Sasuke, Naruto, Kakarot" etc... Let's not polute the game futher by adding typical anime bs, which don't even really have any kind of relevance in FF.
