So uhhh, I got banned the other day, and now my char is glitched.

So basically, a friend of mine gave me these cool red eyes that glowed somewhat when under direct sunlight in the form of character appearance data, which I was told was legal, I soon found out they were not legal, and was banned along with my other friends that had them for 48 hours.

We all received an email stating how long we would be banned and that our eyes would be replaced with white, default eyes, and on the main menu, this was true, but when we logged in we realized that only 1 of the eyes were reverted, and whenever we go into certain instances or an inn, the eyes will revert back to white, as shown below.

I am making this post because I would like for both of my eyes to be reverted back to white, as I feel like some sort of naruto weeb with sharigan eyes, and I'm worried I may get banned again unwittingly because of this error. So I'm making this post to ask if you guys could maybe revert my glitched eye to white if possible, as I do not have a fantasia to do it myself :(.
