Heya guys, my cousin is having an issue maybe someone in the community can help with.
He just bought the game download from the Official SE site here:
http://store.na.square-enix.com/store/sqenixus/en_US/pd/productID.241996400
He has set up his SE ID and payment options, but he can't find anywhere it gave him the product key that he needs to activate the game. Is there anyone with experience in the official download process that can shed some light on his situation?

In most MMOs, where you can buy the DL, it will usually send you the code in an E-mail.
As for FFXIV, IDK, but I would suggest looking in spam folders, along with general email.

hmm, didnt we register to se with a code? If he has set payments options, then he has the game, that means he can log on with that same account.
didn't you read the small text on the bottom of the purchase page?
This is only for the game software, for product key there is another $45.00 fee
j/k most likely in the e-mail would make sure to check spam like Claire said

Thanks for the response guys (well most of the responses), he was on last night so he must have figured it out. He didn't tell me what he did, so that likely means it was something embarrassingly simple. ^_^;
