Easier Reporting for PvP-related Incidents

Greetings,

Thank you all for your continued feedback regarding PvP.

We have created an FAQ in-game under the Support Desk menu in order to make it easier for our players to report issues they encounter, and for us to properly investigate PvP-related incidents, such as non-participation during a match, win-trading, and quick chat spamming. Using this FAQ entry will automatically select the appropriate categories for your report and provide a template for easier reporting.

If you notice any of the above issues, or any other activities or behavior that are disrupting gameplay and causing grief to others, we ask you to please file a report through this FAQ.

The FAQ is located on the first screen when selecting the Support Desk, under the Frequently Asked Questions section.

Be sure to read the details fully, then click on the "File Report" button to submit a detailed report of the incident you are reporting. This new method of reporting and categorization will help us in our efforts to make the game more enjoyable for everyone.
