Not receiving Gold Chocobo Feathers (More info)

Steps:
1. Invited friend to join the game using the refer a friend program back in February 2017, this is the first person I have invited through this.
2. Friend is still playing the game now, actively in October 2017, totalling over 220 days subscribed at this point.
3. Neither of us received any rewards past the initial items, I received 5 Gold Feathers and the "Fist Bump" emote as the "First Recruit" reward, but from there on nothing else, when according to the campaign we were supposed to receive a Friendship Circlet, and various other items.
4. By this point, according to the campaign I should have received the Friendship Circlet, Aetheryte Pendulum, Draught Chocobo Whistle, and additional Gold Chocobo Feathers. The friend I invited should have received the Friendship Circlet, Aetheryte Ticket x 99, Ballroom Etiquette - Improper Greeting, and 10 Silver Chocobo Feathers.
Neither of us have received any of these items.
