New Zones Preview > Can we have it?

Today we recieved a preview of some of the new class weapon skills.

I think its great that we're getting some snipets of whats to come in 1.21, but what i'd really like to see is some video or screenshots of the new remodelled zones.

To me one of the biggest reason as to why this game didn't have the Final Fantasy feel, was the lack of originality/repititiveness of the zones.

Every final fantasy game I played had breath taking visuals and memorable towns/events.

Now, I know that the remodelling is a later stage (and much larger task) on the road to 2.0, but so far, all we have seen is concept art sketches (which look promising).

Theres been other previews for some minor implementations far down the track such as jump and mounts ect, so seeing a snipet of some of whats been done doesn't sound too unreasonable.

So please please please, Dev's, pass onto the team that there are people like me really dieing to see whats in store visually, not nessecarily spoliers, but just something.

I know that the new Final Fantasy will be amazing and was only too happy to subscribe for the 180 day offer, but there seems to be little mentioned or little focus on info for the new zones.

Hopefully in the next Producer Live Letter we might hopefully see some of the new world in action!

I think the dev team cares now more than ever about what we want implemented and what we are keen to see change since subscription started, right?

So far I haven't seen much of anything about the new zones from either the community/dev's since the 1.80 letter.

Apologies if this thread came across as pushy/whining, not my intention.
Wanted it to be more of an oppurtunity for constructional feedback for the dev's from the community.

yes please! I'd like to get some teasers of the new landscapes. Would watch it so much xD

I know right! I even find myself watching FFXIV/Vanadiel Landscapes >.>

I'd love to see them too, but based on where the current story is heading, i doubt they CAN show us that much without giving a lot of plot surprises away.
Without going into details, it seems as though the Dev team is planning a truly cataclysmic event that will explain the remodeling of zones, instead of just saying "hey, here's some different areas!"

No, Ver 2.0 gets distributed in Oct 2012 to players who have previously purchased the game. Revamps are 9 months away if SE keeps their timetable.

If you watch the new monk weaponskills video it seems to me like that's new Gridania. I could be delusional though!

Why dont you just ask for a complete preview of 2.0 while youre at it?
