Luancher Shows EU time instead of US

I bought the game through Steam some time ago and this problem has existed from the start. The issue is that each time there is maintenance etc the launcher shows GMT instead of PDT. I play on a US server even though I'm Oceanic in location.

Is there a way to change it to US time. Not a huge problem but an annoying one that I'd like to fix.

If you're Oceanic based you will more likely than not have the EU version of the game, which is GMT. No way to change this outside of buying a new game and starting a new account that is the NA version.
