...better be titled "Housing Reborn", along with fully revamped instanced housing, one purchase per account, and in-game maintenance monthly fees.
If there is a cinematic cutscene involving a meteor, that will be even better.

Leave the smalls with a low maintenance. Mediums and Larges should be FC only, and 500k/1m per month at least.

Not everyone make a mil a month. Plus small not good enough if they doing instance there should be option to build on and make bigger. As for storyline omega world give perfect plot to instance housing.
