Housing and Lag

Out of curiosity, has anyone else been experiencing odd bouts of lag? Today alone, I've encountered:

• Not being able to bring up menus while in house or apartment;
• Considerable amount of time passing before menus pop up in house or apartment;
• Layout Mode vanishing while still having list of furniture visible;
• Considerable time passing removing an object from storehouse or company chest.

Note that I have not experienced delayed commands or catch up outside of residential areas. Currently, my Shiogane apartment seems to be the bigger offender compared to my other houses.

Only the apartment is in Shiogane. I'm getting the worst lags in the Mist. The FC in Goblet is getting them, too, but not nearly as badly as the Mist.

I sometimes get random dcs in the housing districts. I haven't had any dcs elsewhere.

Likely the patch making things hiccup.

I tried to get in the house and I got the "NOPE! Server too congested" message today.
