Cutscenes not loading

I'm not using a high end computer but I have never had this issue before. The start of the Hildebrand quest has a cutscene that caused the game to stop responding once and not even load a second time I tried. I then attempted the main story and the same thing occurred with it. I am not able to do really anything at this point. Any assistance or information as to the reason why would be great.

So after emergency maintenance on the servers I am still having this issue. Should I just reinstall hours worth of game data or am I just out of luck on ever being able to actual play this new content?
