Anyone want a small Shirogane plot?

I don't know what I was thinking buying it. I'll never use it since my FC just got a large house. I'm not looking to make a profit, or even to gain my money back.

I would like to offer this to an FC first and foremost, but if there are none interested a private house would be fine. First FC to ask for it gets it, and I will tell you what plot and ward so you can be right there when I relinquish it. If no one replies on behalf of an FC, first person to reply wanting it as a private house will get it. I will leave this up for 3 days, barring an FC wanting it.

Again, I am not asking for anything. You will need the gil to buy the plot, and that's it.
