Constructive Criticism on Housing and possible solutions

Honestly, the issue isn't with getting more housing wards. While that would be nice it wouldn't fix the overall issues and wouldn't be cost effective for the producer (more servers just for housing). Make the apartments more useful instead.

They made apartments to relieve the pressure but the apartments don't even have half of the functionality. Make the apartments have more functionality for gardening and the other house options i.e. balcony or rooftop access and airship for FC. I would perfer the ability to play the game in full that have a play lock due to houses.

Also is there anyway to get upgrading for housing, instead of fighting for a large house? I like the look of my FC medium house but it doesn't have all the perks of a large. Why does my FC have to be limited in what we can do based on size, when there are so few houses? Can you put in the ability to buy upgrades without changing the plot or outward appearance of the house.
