New Idea for Hud System

Hello.

When 4.1 come out, I was very excited about the new Hud Layout (extreme).

I love the new customization, but I was expecting for one they not implemented.

Can we have a separated window from Focus Target where we see only our debuffs/dots on the enemy?

Example: Summoner apply DoTs on the boss and change target to a mob, he can still monitoring his DoTs on boss even attacking the mob.
Example 2: Healers can apply DoTs on a enemy target and change target to heal tanker and can continue to monitoring their DoTs.

I know focus target helps, but Focus Target priorizes others DoTs (like vulns) and most cases our DoTs is lost because of small window.
