Small idea for housing.

After the possibility of having a lodging on Shirogane and the trouble which followed and in view of the different posts that speaks of it came to me an idea.

Instantiate the house but not only that.

Quite clearly Square Enix prefers to keep cities with player's house rather than instances, which compel many players to simply not have a single house or cl.

So I wonder if the two will not be possible. Instantiated and not instantiated, I explain myself.

So in the first place make all the houses instantiated as everyone can enjoy. To this, the cities will remain with the same system of location as at present and when a plot is released it will be enough for the players to go (as now) on the panel of the plot to move there his house previously pending. (free as long as to do or via a voucher system).

So everyone will have the opportunity to own and virtually all the tools are already present on the game.

Hopefully it goes back to the ears of Square Enix.
