Various issues in patch 4.1

So far, I have found the following:

- EXTREMELY slow loading or choppy framerates in Rhalgr's Reach and Kugane.
- Sometimes mouse control bugs out and can't turn camera with right click held (in Borderless Windowed).
- Slow loading of NPC assets as you exit out of an scenario.
- Slow downloading of the patch. I was downloading at 0.25 MB/s at max, sometimes lower. This made me lose a chance for house hunting since I spent more than two hours downloading the patch.
- Problems when loading maps. DX11 errors and crash to desktop issues.

Anyone else with any of these issues?
