Guys... any luck?

Any luck in getting Ala M fiber HQs from all NQ material? I'm not having any luck whatsoever. I'm barely going above 17%. xD Any help? My stats are (after food buff and tea): Craft: 1365, Control: 1253, CP: 526.

I'm thinking I should just push for NQ and use HQ on everything else, huh?

I've had some luck, got 3 items up on board, I'll gear myself later on when I can check over properly with simulator.

As for those base materials, they're driving me nuts, all NQ I push around 17-95%, and given the time it takes at the moment I'm inclined to say just get off with them and HQ the base materials for the old items. Generally they stick you at around 11% starting quality. With this, directly on full IQ stacks with no additional touches, and under Great Strides, Ingenuity II, Innovation it puts you to around 89-91%.
