RAF Feather Cap Issue

The RAF system needs to be reworked. It is possible to reach a limit of feathers and it be impossible to buy newer items (like the new Managarm). If someone has 5 referrals with one of them getting the 15 bonus feathers from continual subscription, but spent them before Managarm was released it would be impossible to obtain it now. Also the camapign to bring players back was time limited so as of now if you spent those feathers there is still no way to get it. Why does the system have such a low cap for RAF?
