Steps:
1. I purchased two plots in Shirogane, Plot 60 as a Private, and Plot 38 as a FC transfer. In the middle of constructing the Private estate I get a notice that Plot 38 says completed transfer, but it transferred the Plot 60 large private estate instead of the FC. Another player has now bought Plot 60, and the FC house never transferred to Plot 38.
