An idea about Magitek armor...

Now, this is merely an idea- a fantasy of mine if you will.

Well, I'm aware that Magitek Armor will eventually be made attainable through a series of TOUGH quests and whatnot after 2.0. But imagine if they could do something that compliments both the current players(survivors as I like to call us) of the umbral era and the storyline itself by rewarding us with our own miniscule and less fancy/effective Magitek armors(gained through simpler quests like the GC chocobos) that were developed by the survivors of the umbral era to... well, survive imminent doom!

Now, to be fair, the Magitek Armor that you quest after 2.0 should be a lot better as the quests are supposed to be tough, and they would of course be newer/fancier models. But I think this would be another interesting way to differentiate the "survivors"; the ones who saw the apocalypse through, from the newcomers.

Again, this is just something that I like to daydream about and should be perceived as such. I wouldn't want people to think I see current players as any better than newer ones...

seems like you'll only get a gobbue..., but you could always slice him up, and mash yourself along side his innards inside his freshly mutilated carcass until the impending doom subsides.

I want a Wanzer as my Magitek Armour.

But but, Squeenix will have to pay to use that model. On the other hand, SE owns the rights to Wanzers.
