I have tried to download it three times now. Each time their download speed drops to 0.00 and tell me it is unable to download the patch. My own download speed is fine according to the speed test. I wasn't able to play yesterday because of the server DC's and now this. :( Is anyone having this issue?
This has been an issue and addressed at least 50 times in this forum over the last year.
You may need to use a free VPN called cyberghost if you are on a PC and having these issues. I eventually got tired of the issue myself and am using a VPN program called WTFast, but beware that this is a paid monthly service, but does offer a 2 week trial without billing you. It has also been handy at almost eliminating all lag spikes and disconnect issues that I used to get.
