Having this same problem. I should be getting 3 of the rewards but they aren’t showing up. I even tried requesting in the delivery moogle and nothing.

From what I heard, They're holding off till the servers have calmed down. But on the other hand I Want my Squall gear

Yeah I'm having the same problem too, they sent me the Advent attire but I haven't received the other 3 attires even though I qualify for them all at the moment.

I now got the second reward but 3&4 haven’t sent yet. Just got the second one today.

I just now received the Tantalus attire, as did several members of my FC. Still no Leonhart, so this seems like a rather slow rollout of the rewards.
