Actions & traits changes

Can we change the actions and traits window to have general back as the top or default option? Or get the ability to select the default location when we open this window?

I play on PS4 with a controller, I do not have teleport / Return and the other lesser used options hotkeyed anywhere because it was always fairly easy to go into the options menu and select it. Now, every time in open the window up, it remembers that I selected general but it cursor default location is actions and I have to arrow down 6 times just to get to general and then teleport. Having the general option on top was so very convienent.

Seconding this. Selecting the Teleport option has become more inconvenient than it needs to be in lieu of the Class/Job actions which the average player is only ever going to bring up for hotbar changes which will be used far, far less often than the aetheryte network.

While you wait for a resolution,

/teleport
/return

would be faster than choosing the action from the window.

PS4 and using controller.... Typing is not fast ever...

I'm not familiar with controller mechanics, so forgive the ignorance, but would it be any easier to set up a shared hotbar off to the side somewhere for things like that?
I guess probably not, if you went through the trouble of opening that window, rather than using the little menu button things you can have already.

For most players, yes, it is. (I use the WXHB bar for those.) But I suppose that what you're used to affects it as well.

If you're going into the menu anyway, why aren't you just selecting Teleport or Return from the menu? They're both in there directly (in the Travel section). Their presence in the Actions & Traits window is mainly so that you can select them for adding to a hotbar. You don't need it just to activate them, so bringing it up first seems an extra unnecessary step.
