Accounts should be limited to ONE PERSONAL house and ONE FC house PER SERVER!!!!

As title says. Housing should be limited to:

1) 1 Person House
2) 1 FC House
3) 1 Apartment
4) 1 FC Room

A) PER FFXIV ACCOUNT
B) PER SERVER

Perhaps with an FC House, set a min number of members needed?

Instances where a single account owns MULTIPLE homes on the same server, should NOT be allowed.

2 Players should not be able to purchase every house in a single ward.

Even on more populated servers, multiple homes are owned by alt characters on the same account. This should not be possible. Every single house in the new area on my server was bought in 5 mins.

If SE is going to continue limiting housing to so few Wards, there should be clear limits on how many an account can purchase on a single server.

It wouldn't matter. There are less plots than subscriptions, so players will still be left out. Also I think the guildmaster should sacrifice their housing slot for the guild to have one. Most FCs I've been in restrict decorating to master/officers anyway.

Speaking as a fc master we decorated the house to the fc's needs and we have taken decoration suggestion from members. Yes the officers have control over decoration but that is to eliminate the risk of theft or the house being furnished with too many conflicting styles. Not to be greedy.

That Meme is pretty accurate, When I got my small plot on Shirogane, where was two of us trying to click the sign, me and a Dragoon.

I agree with everything but the personal FC room limitation. If I am crazy enough to level my alts and drag them through the MSQ, that is my choice. I use my alts to feed my housing addiction, and it is the only way that doesn't hurt or hinder or leave someone else SoL. I don't buy apartments for them and they don't get personal houses of their own, even when I can afford to do it.
