i think its obvious because of the incident alot of us faced this morning with a crashing launcher that we need to band together more than ever and make some noise in one big chorus to get the dev team to hear us out. therefore i propose that in the next patch to come the dev team add additional wards for those of us who suffered a huge loss even if its just 2 additional wards to each housing district that would be enough for me and make up for this crash that hurt a ton of us.

I'll sign, but the only option I see is they need to dig into their pockets and upgrade to server that can hold a LOT more wards, and won't crash every time more than 100 people try to log in at once. The housing loss wouldn't have been such a hard pill to swallow if the only reason I wasn't on in time was because of a 350 person long queue.
They're making enough money, but they don't want to spend any of it on things like that. -

No, the system as Roda wrote is broken. The only possible and fast fix i like 120 wards instead of 12 per world server.
There is not a SINGLE reason for this system, SE should watch outside Tokyo and think "this is only a game, not reality". -
