PS4 Can't Download Patch: Unable to complete version check [20458][24530][20457][410]

Every time i try to log into the game, i get the same message:

Unable to complete version check [20458] [24530] [20457] [410]

I know some other people have the same problem with PS4 launcher.

SE please give us a solution!

I've been spamming "Check for update" for 2.5 hours now. PS4 insists it has the most recent version. Only, it doesn't. And it can't find anything to download.

I'm so, SO, angry.

Thanks SE, we waited 1h to get in, only to be gated by this. Finally got in after 20min using a solution from reddit. AND ALL THE HOUSES ARE GONE. Bought by single players who can somehow buy multiple plots in a single account. Already there are players selling houses on PF for 200-300 m. Your handling of this patch and the housing situation sucks.

I've tried the suggestions, too. I'm glad they worked for you. After 3 hours I have given up and am reinstalling to see if it works. This whole situation sucks.
