Stats permanently lowered after revive in trial

Steps:
1. I entered the trial at the end of the Operation Archon main quest
2. Near the end of the battle my character died and was revived by a healer
3. Mere seconds after being revived, the boss was killed and the trial ended
4. I didn't notice at first, but my max HP had lowered from over 2000 to 1825, and my spells were inefficient, Ruin causing less harm, and Physick only giving me ca 70 HP. I thought this was due to the status "Weakness" caused by being revived, but it did not disappear after 100 seconds, and there's no visible icon for it.
5. I've logged out and back in, turned off the game and the ps4, entered an inn, but nothing has worked.
6. The problem has lasted for hours in-game time, and at least 24 hours in real time.

Are you sure a piece of gear didn't break. As VIT no longer goes down with weakness anymore(Well I'm sure this was one of the things that changed with weakness).

Also, are you sure there wasn't the 'Power of the Echo' effect active during that trial? That raises stats considerably so it's possible after leaving the trial the effect naturally ended and the 'lower' stats are your real ones. Or as Masekase said above your gear might be broken (it's condition reduced to 0%) and thus it's stats are ignored until you repair it.

The only other thing I can think of when in parties there is a party mechanic no matter where you are that raises each party member's base stat based on their role (so a tank in the party will raise every party member's HP by a small amount temporarily, ranged DPS will raise DEX, healers MND etc). Accordingly leaving the party means this temporary stat increase will end.

Of course, it's still also possible this may be a bug, but it's best to check first and eliminate more mundane possibilities.
