I think SE really needs to implement better permissions when it comes to item handling inside houses. Similar to the permissions we have for aetherial wheels and orchestrion rolls, we need permissions for things like:
- Flower vases
- Fish Tanks
- Tabletop food furniture
- Painting frames
The way it works right now, you can either allow no housing access at all or all the permissions at once. This means that new members can remove expensive fish, paintings, and flowers from the houses (and without any logs in FC activity showing them doing so.)

I just have them set to allow movement or placing. You can just remove the option to remove stuff so no matter what they can't take the stuff.

They can though. Anyone with your fc tag/or a tenant can eat all of your food and destroy all of your flowers. They can ruin your fish tank and your paintings too.

An option in permissions for interactive furniture would be great, especially when some consumables cost real money and can no longer be acquired in game.
