Cant login due to suspicious activity.

Long story short. My game crashed while playing this morning, so when I tried to restart, it told me that I was suspended due to suspicious activity.

I bought FFXIV In 2012 I want to say, and the e-mail address I used for my account then is no longer in service. I didn't think way back then to update my e-mail, so I cannot reset my password and don't know any other way to regain access to my game. Nobody else uses my computer, and I have never played my account on anybody elses system or anywhere else than home, so I dont even know how it would lock me out.

Am I totally screwed here? Never happened to me before.

It sounds like you don't have a one-time password on your account and because of that every time you change IP address it means it will lock you out and force you to change your password. Basically when you get up and running again, add one to your account. You can just use the Android or iOS apps for free.
