Steps:
I should have access to Enochian, Leylines, etc. whilst in Palace of the Dead and in the Wolve's Den but I do not. I haven't completed the Black Mage quests for them yet, but I've been told that in PVP and in Palace of the Dead it doesn't matter, you should still have access to them. In The Wolve's Den, all job actions above level 50 are greyed out to me.
