Have not received Falcon mount.

I was subscribed for 180 days which ended September 25 but I resubscribed for 90 days on September 27th and I did not receive the mount today. Yet, my friend who has only subscribed for 30 day increments has got his today. Can someone please look into this?

Edit: It's displaying properly under my account on Mog Station now. Thanks to who addressed it. I don't mind waiting to get it. However, it was not even displaying I had it.

Same for me here, i have paid all the time since May, but my Mount hasn't come, but my girlfriend and my friend has the Mount already
