Server Unlock? I keep hearing both ways..

Are we ever going to see Balmung's server unlock again?
I keep hearing it both ways.. people who have quit playing because they believe their friends can't play with them properly on the server, and those who swear up and down the server will be unlocked again eventually, as it was for Heavensward and are patiently waiting.

I myself have friends who want to play with us on Balmung, but keep getting mixed signals.

That's some necro, post was made back in 2017....

Anyway the world was open since the last patch (4.50) but as of today (4.55), the Lodestone is now stating it is Congested again meaning any chance at making a new character has been lost.
