Dungeon gear is nearly useless
The loot system in dungeons should be improved. Nearly every drop hits the floor these days. They are useful for those upgrading optional jobs, but for those that run a single job having the drops are meaningless. They are out geared as soon as, or if not, shortly after running dungeons a couple times.
It would be more viable to have random stat gear drops from dungeons, in my opinion rather than the stagnant stat gear that we get.
Its really the only thing people liked from exploratory missions, why not bring that aspect to dungeon gear as it might actually prove more useful than seeing the message "item was unobtainable".
If anyone has a good answer to why the system is currently like this, and why it shouldn't be improved, please let me know.
