Subscription Days Not Correct

I have played this game for over 2 years now since 2.55 and there has not been a single month since I have not been subscribed for FFXIV. However, in order to qualify for the falcon mount, if nothing else, you need to at least be subscribed from July to September (or pay for 3 month subscription during said window). Knowing i have been subscribed for every month since 2.55, i was not worried. But i noticed for some reason my subscription is not listed in July despite me playing during then, which makes me worried if I am even going to receive the Falcon Mount. Any help regarding this issue would greatly be appreciated.

The easiest way to check is to check your acquired rewards. It finally listed the mount for me this morning in the list. If you have been subbed every month theyll have a record of it. So you can check your account, or get in touch with the SE support on the issue. As far as I know mount roll out has started today.

You should get it today, the roll out was based on ppl suscribed at the beginning of the month. If your sub is paid later in the month that is when your 90 day sub time starts for the contest and the reward was pushed to today

The issue is that I checked yesterday and just now for "additional rewards" and it is not showing up. I might have to check with support on this to see why it isn't.

You could also wait a little longer.
Rewards in this game are the furthest thing from an instant delivery. Patience pays off!

Im in the same boat sadly. Still haven't received mine and im starting to get worried. I guess this is the only time having a sub that renews every 6 months actually isn't beneficial.

Did you get the 15 days free gametime from getting to level 30 on certain servers by any chance?

i have the same issue an yes wen i get level 30 whm i recive free time geme i change my subcription date

but that i lose the mount?

I am in the same boat.

I have had a monthly subscription since I started over three years ago.

I still don't have my falcon mount. GMs in game say that it may be delivered after the 5th... Even though everyone else has their mount already.

This is really frustrating.

Haven't got mine either yet. Not even showing up in the reward section -___-
