So last night I got my mentor crown, and started working on clearing the last few things I'll need to unlock mentor roullete, but how exactly does mentor roullete work?
Does it prioritize placing you with sprouts? (I'm 100% ok with this since I intend to be a good mentor who helps as many people as I can, even though I might not be the most skilled player yet)
I think it was supposed to prioritize putting mentors with sprouts but in practice it just seems to put mentors wherever. IE, its just a roulette for everything at once.
It's just a roulette for nearly everything and mostly it just fills duties with already long queue times.

I wish it prioritized sprouts but it definitely does not. It's a pretty bad roulette and isn't worth the time more often than not since you can't even do it unless it's a max level job you're on, it just throws you in whatever duty group has been waiting the longest.
More often than not I get into one of the ARR EX primals with my Mentor Roulette. While it can be a challenge to go through those, it is definitely more rewarding if people that are there learning actually try and learn...and not just troll people/complain because it's not unsynced. Those trials are a part of that roulette for a reason, and if people don't like the chance of getting one of those...they shouldn't queue up for it just because they want the mount.
