Newly formed MC static looking for last member - NIN/DRG!

Hi! We are a newly formed static that consists of skilled players who are eagar to run and clear content quickly. After our weeklies, we'd like to attempt speedruns, experiment with different strats, and parse runs! We're hoping to find someone who shares a similar mindset to us when it comes to raiding to fill in that last spot. Would prefer to pick up a Ninja, but we're also willing to consider a Dragoon.

Raid Schedule
Raid days to be decided. Would prefer if people could be a bit more flexible with their schedule as we'd like to raid more during early progression, but eventually settle down to 3 raids a week.
We usually start raiding at 8pm GMT+8

Requirements
4s Cleared
Be punctual
Be willing to gear up, meld and use consumables
Have a good understanding of your job and how to play it
Able to use Discord
