How to set my account under 180 days?

I have problem to active my account to 180 days due my click n buy don't support my region. Anyone know the other way to do it?

Select Service >> FFXIV >> (Under Active Service Accounts) Options List >> Under Payment Details, Specify both Payment Method and Length

AFAIK both C&B and crysta have the option od 30, 90 and 180 days subscription.
