Today i wanted to buy 1 Fantasia for my character on Cactuar on mog station and i keep receive error 401 , i even read the support help, exclusion of my navigator on firewall and turn off adds-on . I use Opera and untill now it always worked ......the page on payment doesn't load at all so i can't enter my visa card number at all. Help me please
I have the same problem, contacted support and they told me it was my bank...even though I tried 3 different payment options...don't even bother contacting support, they're useless in this regard, your best bet is trying to use paypal and buying crysta...but even thats wonky, one of my crysta payments errored out on ses website and the funds are holding..same support agent told me it could take 24-48 hours to go through if it even goes through at all..hurray.
Use alternate Browser or device. Should work.
still no dice, work around is using paypal on pc..wish they would acknowledge/fix whatever this 401/601 error is..
Having the same issue. Tried purchasing 3000 crysta and got a 401. Used paypal and didnt recieved the crysta, but it took $30 from me and is keeping it under pending in paypal. Smh
I just went through 2 weeks of dealing with support for a 401 error. The told me the error message means the banking method is declined. I was having issues using a prepaid credit card which they more or less said isn't something that is supported (Which is crazy as I have used them before without issue). If you are using a prepaid card doing more than one attempt today will create a block on the card.
I too was also having issues with paypal and had the pending charge issue. This seemed to be a paypal issue and all you can do is wait until the charge goes from pending to completed...Which in my experience is about 4-6 business days.
I feel bad for anyone having to deal with support. It was the most frustrating support experience I have had.
