Error Message 2002, and 90002

So whats been happeneing is, i can log in for maybe 5 minutes, then i am booted with an error of either 2002, or 90002. And when i try to hit start again, it gives me same error. Doesnt boot me to desktop, just to start menu again.

I unplugged in router, plugged back in.. same deal.

I made sure my IE settings were up to par - made sure to edit them in administrator mode..I checked ALL the settings they say to online.

I called my ISP and they said that there is nothing they can do on there end because at the point where i get a time out is out of there jurisdiction... i ran a tracert and got this..
