Login and Stability issues

Last night during our raid time, our healer was having lag issue and disconnection issues to the point that when she tried logging back in, the green button that says "Play" wasn't working.

I get on this afternoon and find myself with the same issues. I get constant "Attempting to connect to PSN (Attempt 1)" issues when starting the launcher and even saw the log in button completely disappear after typing in my password. Once past the login screen, I get greeted with constant error 2002 and getting stuck on "Connecting to Data Center".

I get in finally and find that my FC window is completely empty. The ranks are still there but nothing else. The window says there are no actions active at the moment despite the heat of battle and back from the dead actions being on my buff bar. The membership list is empty with my character not even appearing on it. Then the game boots me 30 seconds later.

I manage to get in again and it seems stable enough but my static's other healer is mentioning in discord how much he's disconnecting and i see in the chatlog that his character keeps logging in and out. Then my retainers return from their ventures and I go to send them back out again and once I send the last one out, the game fails to load the retainer menu when exiting the venture menu. It holds on me being unable to do anything for another 20 seconds then boots me again.
