Bots in PvP

This week all (or the majority) of The Fields of Glory that I have gone, the party are full of bots!, someone else is going through ?, it is very frustrating, they all stand and do nothing.
The system to kick someone, is totally useless in these cases, since if nobody votes, it is simply denied! Do not they have any plans or something to avoid this? Is not any GM looking at that?

I know that the content of this game, does not really focus too much on PvP, but if we have many people we like.

EDIT:
I have been thinking that they could put a "Report" button in PvP to give notice of people who use bots so that someone watches them (to see if it is true) and then do the corresponding. It's the only thing I can think of for now.
