Environment high resolution textures only

While people often request high resolution textures, I understand it's a lot of work and could potentially hinder performance in high population areas.

However, we should still have high resolution textures for the environments. Environments are static, so there's less chance of performance problems like if suddenly 100 characters with high resolution textures showed up to fight Ixion and then performance tanks because a video card's memory is at its limit.

This game deserves the best treatment possible since it's a mainline Final Fantasy game. No matter the effort, we deserve this and the game deserves this too.
