World Transfer Problem

Okay, so I wanted to move my character from Omega to Goblin. I have characters on both Omega and Goblin. They are older than three days, and I have logged into the data centers. I meet all the other transfer requirements relating to gil, housing, retainers, mailboxes, etc. My problem is that I can't even start the transfer process.

When I look at the Destination world list, no world on which I have made characters shows up (Midgardsormir, Goblin, and Omega). Goblin should be here:

I ran two tests. First, I asked my gf and friend to log into their accounts to make sure it wasn't a transfer suspension (even though none of my worlds are congested). They were both able to see Goblin on the list.

Next, I tried to go further along in the transfer process with another world to make sure that I could actually move my Omega character, at least SOMEWHERE. I went all the way to the payment screen without incident trying to transfer the character to Phoenix.

Anyone have any idea why worlds on which I have characters would not show up on the Destination List?
