[NEW PVP] Helping Macros

Any advice on markers macro or assist target macro on pvp ???
i think mark a healer for fast switching target is a good thing but i can't find a usefull macro for that.

Any help ? i wanna try to help the party for better focus.

These are for 4v4 ranked but you can play with them to use them on pretty much any game mode.

This one targets a specific player within max target range, this works most of the time on healer or whoever you want to CC often for a fast switch without spending 30 seconds to find/target the player.

/target "FirstName SecondName"
i.e. /target "Mirchea Luslec"

This one targets a focused target, so first set someone to focus target
/target <f>

This one targets the target your target is targeting:
/target <tt>
mostly for pve but can work on frontlines or 8v8 if you target a healer since they are most likely targeting their party members

This one targets the last target:
/target <tlt>
When you are quick swapping target and need to go back to the previous target, tanks for example do this often

Sets your target as focus target:
/focustarget <t>

To target party members you have to use <1> (not really needed since it targets you, the 1st on YOUR partty list), <2> the 2ns on your party list and usually the healer, <3> the 3rd on your party list and usually the melee, <4> the 4th on your party list and usually the ranged/caster damage dealer.
DRK specifically, works on PLD too or anyjob that targets a single party member:

/micon "The Blackest Night" pvpaction
/pvpac "The Blackest Night" <2>

/micon "Cover" pvpaction
/pvpac "Cover" <3>

/micon "Lustrate" pvpaction
/pvpac "Lustrate" <4>
This is just an example, do not ever macro a healing spell.

Countdown PvP Burst macro, basically it sets a countdown to when you are going to burst

/mk attack5 <t> <wait.1>
/mk attack4 <attack5> <wait.1>
/mk attack3 <attack4> <wait.1>
/mk attack2 <attack3> <wait.1>
/mk attack1 <attack2> <wait.1>
/mk circle <attack1>

This is a macro for skills with ground targets like SAM, NIN....etc

/micon "Hissatsu: Soten" pvpaction
/pvpac "Hissatsu: Soten" <t>
/pvpac "Hissatsu: Soten"

im not sure if this actually work but try....

/target <attack1>

it should target the enemy with the big "1" on his head...

Macros are useless for me in pvp due to latency.

Can someone confirm macros are reliant in pvp? I have to click any macro like crazy in pvp to trigger them. In that regard, reducing number of skills was a blessing to me. Still prefer pre-4.0 pvp though.

major macro's ain't necessary i only use focus target just to swap to healer ect and instantly silence other than that i've got no macro's and i'm just about to hit diamond

Given how many buttons you have in PVP now......outside of Focus Target CC i'd say it's not worth the effort to make macros
