Please limit place markers to their maximum range

Things like shadowflare, salted earth, shukuchi, place for pets.

Can you please limit the range that the place markers will go to for these moves? So if you were looking straight ahead or had your mouse pointed far off in the distance, the place marker would stop at its maximum range.

It's just annoying when you're trying to get these moves off quickly and you're having to fiddle around with it glowing purple because it's slightly too far forward. This is particularly a pain in pvp when you're trying to make a quick getaway with shukuchi or hissatsu: gyoten and it just refuses to go off and you get mobbed.

The fact you raise that PvP point play, imo, against you. Implementing your option would mean people would just have to point their mouse to the top of their screen and know it will automatically get them the farest possible, while the actual system allow as you seem to be experimenting, to have people failing using it, which is all part of the PvP.

Dealing with cumbersome video game controls is the very definition of artificial difficulty. The game won't suddenly be easy mode because the targeting circle won't appear on an inaccessible mountain.

I use a macro for my shadowflare that fixes this problem at least in dungeons and out in the world. Saves me messing around with targeting. Just have someone/thing targeted and hit the macro and the spell goes off.
