"Seeker of Truth" title bugged.

Hi,

I have submitted two reports in the past regarding various titles being bugged. While the 1.0 titles HAVE been restored (thank you SE) I am still missing one title tied to a very basic achievement in 2.0. The title in question is "Seeker of Truth", which requires you to complete all quests for THM, CNJ and ACN, which is part of the "Tales of Magic" achievement.

The weird part is that my "Tales of Magic" achievement shows as unlocked on my journal, yet the title is nowhere to be seen. And yes, I have talked with Jonathas several times.

I can confirm my title DOES NOT SHOW on my title list though.

Steps:
1. Confirm that "Tales of Magic" achievement has been completed.
2. Achievement shows "Seeker of Truth" title should be available.
3. Check that "Seeker of Truth" title is unlocked (it is not).
