So, small question

I've looked around being sent off to ign, gamefaqs (stemming from 6 year threads on the pc version), the main site, and 2 wikis, but I can't find anything relevant about how you get to Coerthas for the Cold Reception story from Limsa/Gridania/U'ldah.

Are you meant to take a ship, and if so from where? Otherwise someone mentioned a "chocobo porter", but I'm highly assuming they were being skeptical/trollsy considering the nature of the thread it was in.
